I was using vertion 10... earlier today which seemed to be working fine. I then noticed the update for 11 so I updated.

When I load an image adjust the outlines, click okay... Nothing seems to happen, I then adjust the slider to max to which just a patch on the cheek goes darker.

Any ideas???

I think PP has failed to detect all the skin on the face. You can click "Skin detection" button to confirm and then you can manually extend (paint).
