When I process women's portraits the jaw region often gets slimmed down, resulting in the neck looking longer.
There IS already an option to make the neck longer. It would be nice to have this one enhanced to actually allow to shorten the neck region.

Shouldn't be much work since the controls are all already there.

This would be a very nice option! This also reminded me of a lady who complained that her neck was so long due to the way she dressed up.
