why can't it resize/drag/extend areas of the face manually?

I got an old program "AnmanieSMP" which can do this easily:

That's the same as 'Body Sculpting' which is already being discussed. Be sure to vote YES for it!

Unfortunately it's not the same.

Body sculpting = "mark out key points" and then adjust via sliders.

What i want is clicking directly into an area to change it.
