I am new to this program. When I save the file as a jpeg I cant find it on my computer. I see it in the PP program like when I start and go to open a file the picture is there. But if I try to find it in Photoshop or just looking in the file itself it is not there. What am I doing wrong? I love the program other than this problem.

Are you saving a session rather than a jpg or a tiff? Sessions can only be loaded back into Portrait Professional.
